If a confirmed production defect occurs, contact Lunetra promptly with order details and clear photos.

Report courier damage as soon as possible and retain packaging and product photographs.

Issues caused by customer-supplied artwork may not qualify for reprint if the artwork was approved before production.

Final eligibility and remedy depend on the circumstances and applicable order terms.
